Payment and Cancellation Policy

In order to provide high-quality, custom care for your needs, Gillespie Physical Therapy is not contracted with any insurance companies. She is considered "out of network" for physical therapy benefits. 

Payment is due at the time of service, and Gillespie Physical Therapy will provide you with a detailed invoice at the end of each month for you to individually submit to your insurance company. You are solely responsible for submitting your "superbill" and all corresponding claims to your insurance company. 

Gillespie Physical Therapy accepts all major credit cards, cash, checks, and electronic payments via Zelle or Venmo. 

There is a 24-hour cancellation policy for all appointments.  A $50 charge will be incurred if a session is cancelled with less than 24 hours notice.
